3. User Accounts

Users can create an account before placing an order or during the order process. Only an email address is required, and our system will send an email for activation and password setup.

4. Purchases and Payments

We accept credit cards and debit cards. After successful payment, we will proceed with shipping. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Malaysia:  Ship within 2-3 days. (Pre-Order items will be ship within 15-20 business week) 
  • International: Ship within 7-8 days.. (Pre-Order items will be ship within 20-25 business week

6. Replacement

6.1 : Free warranty replacement and postage for lost/incorrect or damaged parcels. ( within Malaysia )

6.2 : For international orders, replacements for lost, damaged, or incorrect items will be provided with the buyer responsible for the shipping fee. Alternatively, the replacement can be included with the buyer’s next order.

7. Returns and Refunds

For a full refund, all products must be returned undamaged to the RETURN ADDRESS provided above. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Upon inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued to the buyer within 4-5 business days.
